if we are talking characters, absolutely. Ash was at his all time chromosome peak. failing to remember even the most basic pokemon strats and couldn't remember type weakness. Ash lost more battles in black and which than any other series.
the major flaw from b/w was that Ashe was coming off of d/p, where he was at his strongest with the most powerful pokemon he would ever own.
