I named my own Elektross after him but boxed it immediately, anyways I was thinking about the balance of this hack, and Drayano hacks in general, and I have to say while I'm mostly a fan of his type changes in general I not fond of him adding the Fairy type. It feels both overpowered and tacked on into a generation where it doesn't have a lot of representatives and makes some story beats feel off. Like Cheren says we can only defeat Kyurem with another legendary dragon when a thick fat Azumaril would wall him and I own a Wigglytuff that could probably two shot him with play rough.
The BBVW series also feel like they suffer from the natdex being obtainable from the start the most, I like having options but with all pokemon up to gen 5 being in the wild it seems both worse balanced and more diluded, like I would prefer a pool of 300~400 pokemon before post game with the rest being there. And while it's a nuzlocke only complaint that wide of a pool make routing for specific pokemon harder.
I definitely like this less than RP, but it's not bad, just not my favorite.
