>>27832118Long story short: It makes part of a supposed fake leak that happened in mid May (it was already around 20th May, I can assure you that), this first "leak" happened with the final evolutions (first called Ballio, Owltair and Cannonther), then mid evolutions, then megas and then its supposed artist came out called D.I who made a deconfirmation thread and called the final evos Pinnister, Huntshoot and Juarfare. This fella (OP image) was called Tomburst (there was another name but its name escapes me), along with Novowl and Gigglio and the megas is already a obvious guess.
