>>43943679There are FAR WORSE, besides, was sucks about this is that in the end you end up with a very shit evolved pokémon, and back then there was a limited amount of the trade items AFAIK (or were pretty rare), so you most likely ended up with just having to find someone to trade, lose the item, get the pokemon back and box it forever because they are also unappealing and boring as all fuck, just water... wow.
It´s one of those "why is this shit even a thing"? scenarios. Accelgor and Escavalier is a much better attempt since both of them are cool and are somewhat viable too.
Not OP btw, but I can say the same shit about most baby pokémon, specially those that are really overkill like Budew, do we really needed an even weaker Roselia? At least Roserade is cool.
