>>52494589They're just okay. I really like PMD content so I'm biased. Although I like the OCs in Victory Fire a lot. Even though the main OC is supposed to be a literal child, she's pretty level-headed and catches on quickly to nuances. She rarely complains and soldiers through most pain. I can't tell you how many shitty comics where the OC makes a big deal out of nothing or is a pure stuttering mess. Like "o-omg can I r-really trust you???" when really they have no choice. She can think a bit ahead and skip that crap. She's not a genius (mewtwo is) but pretty competent. That isn't to say the comic is perfect. There are behind-the-scenes stuff involving humans I feel is pretty cringey, story is a bit edgy, and later characters become a bit too apologetic. But overall it has appealing art for my tastes (selfishly my highest criteria), good paneling and pacing, and likeable MCs. Also she doesn't have amnesia, which is refreshing.
