I came up with this design that I really like but some people have said that it doesn't look very Water Type-y to them. I thought that it being blue and having giant water-drop spots would have been enough, but maybe I was wrong.
I looked up some other (better) artists attempts at making Water Type cats and I've been wondering, would changing the tail shape to be more fish-like sell the water typing more?
