Was doing a few rounds around GDC to see if there was anything new and to use the move releaner and I decided to look up where the help request center is in now, it's still in the central building in central square, but this time around it's hidden behind this elevator to the left of the building, not sure why they couldn't just keep the thing downstairs like before.
