>>51379932in my opinion 90% of the time fujos tend to be more pleasant to talk to than most fandom types, but for the remaining 10% they turn into awful harridans and their communities explode in petty drama that has an unfortunate tendency to cross over IRL. Everything will be going smoothly and everyone will get along fine until the stars are right and suddenly it's time to dox children and send each other death threats over 'problematic' fanfiction. These drama waves tend to comes and go pretty quickly though, so you can just duck out when it begins and then check back in a week or two once everyone has calmed down.
I'm a yumedan though so maybe my experiences are better than average just because my delusions don't conflict as much with their delusions lolle
