Despite the fact that it has NO HANDS it has to be an archer for some reason. And its bow is some stringy leaf bit hanging from its neck. And since it doesn't have fingers it pulls its """"""""bow""""""""" with prehensile feathers that look ridiculous. Where do the arrows come from? Who the fuck knows. Why does it go through this dumb complicated process to fire projectiles when EVERY OTHER GRASS TYPE including its pre-evolutions can use razor leaf already just fine?
It's a pokemon inspired by an extinct species of owl native to Hawaii, where its extinct status inspiration gave it its ghost type. You could just stop there.
