The final stage's tail fins open up to look like butterfly wings, but when folded down are supposed to resemble those older dresses that make the ass look huge. Each stage is based off a different goldfish-- first stage is a pearlscale, second stage more of a moor (with a butterfly tail fin), and the third is supposed to be a ryukin. I haven't given them stats yet but I figured a slow, good HP and Sp. Atk build, with several deception/trickery based moves like Fake Tears/Trick/Charm/Lovely Kiss would be neat.
They're supposed to be pretty and look fancy in order to appeal to others in order to get ahead or mainly obtain food (was thinking dex lore would revolve around the fact they have no stomachs and thus constantly want food).
