I remember during the BW2 days, there was some big joke going around where you traded a magnemite on the GTS? Or was it connect trade? I don't remember, has Magnemite remained some kind of in-joke mon in Japan since then? That would explain why it's so highly placed. Swadaloon kinda confirms this is a meme poll imo.
