As long as You re not skipping route trainers graveller would probably be like upper 20s after whitney. Its that good. You just need something to stop grass and water types and youre good. The gen2 games and their remakes were made for small efficient teams of no more than 4. Geodude is always my core. I usually get a grass type and a fire or flying type and maybe one more fun member and the last two slots are for placeholder legendaries I never use or HM slaves. Graveler doesnt even need to evolve into golden if you cant do that. Its stats hold up and it dominates so many types it will hold you throughout the game.
