Now that doesn't change the fact that the kind of humor portrayed is very unsensitive, but I don't see it as "racist" as it never states or even implies a general superiority of asians over negroes, but an aesthetic one.
Only tumblrinas will tell you that it is racist not to give a chance to someone just because you are not attracted to a given phenotypical trait they might posses. It is not. Liking women because they have blue eyes does not imply you think those blue eyes make her more intelligent or capable or whatever than women of other races. You don't like her because of her race, you like her because she happens to have certain physical traits that you personally deem as cute/hot/etc. Causality=/=correlation.
