>>47563718Definitely Flygon for me, which is especially weird because I'm one of the two people on this board who really love ORAS and I've NEVER touched this thing. I genuinely don't understand why. It learns Fly and has a great movepool in general (EQ, Rock Slide, Dragon Claw etc.) but for whatever reason I always end up using something else. I've thought about adding Flygon into my team multiple times but then I just go "nah".
>>47564275>>47567753Fix your mistake immediately. Gyarados is legitimately broken in-game starting from Gen IV. Dragon Dance often trivializes even difficult fights.
>Set up three Dragon Dances against Cynthia's awful offensive Spiritomb>Proceed to outspeed and OHKO everything with Waterfall, Ice Fang and EQgg wp
>>47564941The last time I used Pidgeot was when I was like 7 years old playing Blue version. Haven't touched it since. Pidgeot has no reason being so heavily outclassed by Fearow which has the same typing but better attack, speed and movepool.
>>47566476Never used Talonflame either because I'm unable to not-use Aerodactyl as my flyer in XY.
Also I always pick Delphox and I don't want two Fire-types.>>47571060>Has anyone ever used Goldeen/Seaking in-game?Thought about it many times but no. I really want to give poor Seaking a chance precisely because no-one ever uses it. The funny thing is, it actually has a really cool movepool in later generations. In Gen VI it gets Megahorn and Poison Jab from move reminder and in SWSH it learns a ton of useful TRs (Poison Jab, Megahorn, Drill Run, Throat Chop, Smart Strike, Body Slam). 92 base attack isn't bad either for in-game.
>>47571133Legitimately dead weight in Gen II. Significantly better in HGSS but I'm still not a fan of anything that's useless against Lance.
>>47571784Vaporeon for me. It's my go-to Water-type even though I'm not a big fan of eeveelutions in general. I've used Vaporeon more often than all the others combined.
