Hits once as a poison type move, and a second time as a dark type move. If the first one doesn't touch (ex: against a steel type), the second hit fails and the user gets a -1 Def.
Not that Toxicroak lacks coverage but as much as I live its typing I want to find a way to exploit its Dark type vibes better
