Raichu doesn't really hit for great numbers, so my deck is more focused on trying to paralyse over and over again. Sure you will be Guzma'd and switched out a lot, but most decks only have the cards to do this 3-5 times. I use Po Town as my stadium of choice because first it puts extra counters on their guys - which puts them more in your range. Secondly, this means I can Acerola/Super Scoop the Raichu back up again and again,
I also have two Koko-GX in here. It's biggest benefit is the lack of weakness. Right now you get stomped by any [F] decks. It also has a better GX attack in most cases. Plus it works well with Acerola engine allowing you move energy around and keep them in play before a scoop on Raichu GX.
The single Ninja Boy is a spicy add that allows you fuck around with dumping useless Pacharisu or Lele on the bench.
