On one end it legitimately drains my sanity, to the point of not getting proper sleep, to do the 5 sets per day, even if it's mostly just tanking. On the other, I get at least 20k stardust with virtually no cost besides time, and I need as much stardust as I can get if I want to comfortably solo a third of all mega Pokémon in the game.
