>>13818182You can always go back and edit previous layers. The way animating in photoshop works is as you make new "frames"; you also make a new layer. A primary reason why photoshop isn't good for animation is that you cannot tween in the same way you would in flash or toonboom.
You have to draw everything and if you want something like arms to be off the original model, you need to draw them in their own layers which means that complex animations would have a ton of folders for organization and a ton of layers for everything in the animation.
