If the Pokémon has animal anatomy and personality is animal-like or mysterious (in the absence of a better word to define the fairies behavior) the Pokémon isn't humanoid or at best it's anthro.
The only human thing most of them here have is a vague basis to make a design more interesting and not a literal animal (like Kricketune who is a musician but the design is not humanoid at all).
Probably the most difficult case to understand here is Probopass, who is an objectmon that wasn't even remotely based on humans but was based almost exclusively in an human-looking statue, so it looks as an human face even if doesn't have anything related to humans nor has human anatomy.
