It's the best in it's line, easily. Venusaur is too fat and ugly and Bulbasaur just looks kind of bland and boring without the bulb being open. The bright pink flower is a really nice contrast to the blues and greens and the splayed-out leaves help to give it depth.
>>49919271>>49919450Not really. There's a Pokemon from the original pitch sprite sheet that is clearly related to the Bulbasaur line conceptually but it isn't Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, or Venusaur. It's more like this original design got reworked into the entire 3 stage line after the evolution idea was introduced.
