Unless you're just debug skipping the fights, the mons you get probably aren't going to carry you very far. If you are just debug skipping the fights, no one cares what mons they gave you. And if you're going to swap them out and play the game normally, then the votes are genuinely worthless.
I don't know this game but if it's anything like Reborn then you probably need to build the perfect cteam for each fight anyways.
