To explain it a bit more: in the English equivalent to this scene, Archie says "Where...that...Pokemon..." In the original Japanese, he uses the SINGULAR pronoun "aitsu" meaning he is specifically speaking about one Pokemon - who is very likely supposed to be Jirachi
