If you think Ho-oh is shit in ubers, then you either don't play that metagame or you just suck at using Ho-oh. He's one of the most offensively threatening mons in the game, while at the same time having nearly unbreakable Sp.Def and Regenerator. Plus Stealth Rock is so much easier to deal with this gen, with Defog and all. And even if he switches into it once he can roost most of the damage off, or switch out to regenerate. Not to mention that with Sunny Day support, Ho-oh hits like a fucking supernova.
