I'm about to teach a smeargle foresight, false swipe, stun spore, and another move I haven't yet decided on, I'm thinking it'll be something to lower the opponent's accuracy or maybe sleep powder. Obviously the point is to make a smeargle focused on capturing pokemon.
I was hoping I could get some ideas for the fourth move, I figure someone else might think of something I won't. I was also looking for some input on the ability, I was thinking I'd go with moody for drawn out battles with legendaries since I plan on fully EV training ATK and this smeargle will probably get strong enough to make technician useless since its main use until I beat Sun and restart (in fucking January, thanks GF) will be in friend safaris.
