Hare Guu is hardly a school anime, it's about a boy who's alcoholic, turbothot mother adopts a demon girl who eats people for fun and wants to make the MC's life hell, and they get into silly situations like stealing the village elder's chest hair or going back in time to meet the MC's mom before she got teen pregnant by the MC's pedo dad.
There's a school where a lot of secondary characters are introduced, but next to no time is spent in it, it sounds like you confused it for Lucky Star or something.
