Italy should be pretty high on the list of possible countries that are going to be represented in the near future. After all we had 2 Pokemon movies based on Italian locations (Lati@s and Manaphy ones). The very first antagonist in the series is also an obvious Italian stereotype (of the cool type, nobody really has an issue with Giovanni's design).
The problem is... I don't want Italy to be humiliated like UK and Spain in low-effort, globalist-pandering souless games.
The concept of an Italy-based region would have been amazing before clown world, now I'm terrified of what kind of tranny and racially incorrect shit they'd put in such a game.
For the record Italy is a very conservative country with relatively little tolerance for issues such as LGBT and immigration compared to the other Western ones. The shit they put in SS and SV would look horribly out of place in an Italian region.
