Gen 6 cont.
>One of the best Pokedex of the whole series, not the new additions - those sucked ass, but the 450 Pokemon dex that was divided by the three regions. So fun.
>XY up until after the second gym is so fucking sick, like over 100 pokemon to catch, tons of fun events and battles, your team is Level 30 by the second gym. The momentum stops hard though and the game just becomes Gym-Gym-Gym in a really bad way.
>Kanto starters were cool, if not excessive. Solidified Game Freak's Charizard fetish and the beginning of the end for non-Kantofags.
>ORAS aren't bad games, DexNav is fantastic for example, but they do not replace Emerald which is what a remake should ideally do.
Gen 7
>SuMo were fun. Trials were a neat reskin of Gyms, but the cutscenes and endless roadblocks were not worth the trade.
>Alola felt underused as a region. Some of the islands felt really small - the second Island is by far the most fun to explore.
>PokePelago (the tree bottom screen game right?) was awesome, scratched my autism collecting the berries or points or whatever - sending Pokemon out on missions was a really neat idea.
>Hau is the worst rival, Professor Kukui was really cool though and Lillie was annoying but cute and funny at times
>All three starters were cool. Dual Types are such a bonus to if I like them lol
>USUM were the first games I ever skipped. I might emulate them now, but these are the true beginning of the end for me. Game Freak is so fucking lazy holy shit.
Gen 8
>Never played/playing them. Fuck SwSh it's not even about the Pokedex for me - although that matters - the quality and value of the games is just so obviously low that I refuse to give GameFreak my money if they don't care to make a half-decent looking console game.
>Pokemon LGBT fucking lol godamn I loved GO in 2016 but didn't ever see this coming. The KANNNNTOOOOOO memes were funny though.
