make it ghost/dark or ghost/fairy (gets play rough) and move some stats into speed so it's at least 95. maybe instead of prankster give it mummy, a new reverse-scrappy, or something else

ability now boosts atk, sp.atk, and speed by 1.5x if an opposing ultra beast is on the field. type systems are now key items so it can hold whatever it wants. gets recover, swords dance, extremespeed, and a ton of coverage moves that it was sorely missing. might not make it ou but i think it's fitting at least
