Things aren't going amazing. My catch for the Union Cave wasn't so amazing (sorry Hertz), I accidentally critted both of my first encounters in Route 33 (a Skorupi) and in the Slowpoke well (A Slowpoke), and Proton killed Lyra. It's such a shame, she survived a selfdestruct from yellow range HP with 6 HP, but then died to poison damage...
On the pus side, I choose Torchick from the Hoenn starter jester at the town, before Lyra even died, because apparently I'm a future teller.
