So unless you're willing to work double and make that final design yourself, or wait until another artist steps in to do that, you might just not be able to proceed.
This is a pretty good frame of reference for what his body should look like, from a similar character of someone else. I can't really provide anything more than this, unless you want me to trace this, but even then, it wouldn't be a "perfect pic of the character's final design". Sorry.
