I remember seeing an idea for a story about a young kid being raised in a hunted house by ghost pokemons.

Ducksnoir the father
gengar the cool older brother and froslass the overprotective older sister and misdreavus the childhood friend/crush.
I think sableye was the friend that would try risky things and accidently get the boy in trouble.
