>>42839919I thought I’d feel the same way when Leon was first introduced, his design was just so bad to me. But when the game actually came out and the gym leaders were actually introduced, I fell for Piers and then immediately replaced him once I hit Raihan’s. I think this game giving them better animations/a bit more personality really helped. Like their battle animations/dynamax quirks.
The earlier gens had great poke boys but I have to have at least one boyfriend a gen, doesn’t matter how long it takes for them to grow on me lol.
