>>23084339Haven't gotten to play much but hopefully I make some progress today. Climbed Dragonspiral Tower (and caught a Golett) then had to go all the way back to the desert. Not having a Flyer kinda sucks. Stopped by Mistralton Cave on the way, where I caught Drilbur and beat the shit out of Cobalion. In Relic Castle I lost Golett and it's helpful ghost-typing, then afterwards made my way down to Nacrene City. I wanted to make a detour to fight Virizion but Lilligant was the only one who would've been able to take a hit from it and had no way of hurting it back, so I'll save that for later.
Got the Dark Stone in Nacrene and since I was in the area I decided to explore Wellspring Cave since I could Surf now. Unfortunately Stunfisk fell to a Battle Girl, and since he was my surfer I couldn't explore any further in. So traveled all the way back to Icirrus City to continue, catching a Ducklett on the way and immediately teaching it Fly. Then on Route 8 Bianca shows up out of nowhere to try and give me a heart attack. I would've lost this battle without Boldore's Sturdy and using basically all my healing items. Ended up sac'ing Ducklett and thought I was going to lose Lilligant but she somehow hung on with a single digit of HP. Ended up PP stalling Serperior's +6 Slam so I could bring Lilligant in safely, boosted with Quiver Dance and then swept with Mega Drain of all things. I need to get Hidden Power asap, hopefully she gets a usable type for it.
So now I'm finally in Opelucid, added a Pawniard and it looks like I can access one more route to find another party member. Gonna have to grind quite a bit too.
