Rather than making a baseless accusation that could irreparably fracture your relationship (assuming you want to salvage the relationship at all at this stage), I'd be open with her about your concerns with her change in behaviour and give her the opportunity to discuss it with you before assuming the worst.
I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you seem dissatisfied with her and do not seem to trust her even after being together for so long - would you consider couples therapy? 8 years is a long fucking time to spend with a person, maybe have a think about whether she makes you happy and if you'd want to spend the rest of your life with this person.
