This is the kind of stuff that is missing from Pokemon games nowadays.
Hidden ingame Pokemon and other things that are only mentioned by NPCs and vague enough that you dont know what it is about, but which makes you curious to explore and find out.
Pair this with limiting it to certain days of the week, or weather, or any other condition that wont IMMEDIATELY allow you to find it, is what makes it so grate.
But since the world we live in is so fast paced, game devs dont care about doing these things anymore because they assume people dont have the patience to wait out for these specific occasions to do the things.
Such a fucking shame.
