>A Starter>Pokemon(s) with low encounter rates(15% and below) or Uncommon Pokemon(s)>Pokemon(s) which can only be evovled by an Evolution Stone, Trading, Trading with a specific item, Evolving in a specific location or period, Evolving by a special method, etc.>A Fossil Pokemon>The Pseudo Legendary of the New GenerationAnd if there's a lack of the mentioned Pokemons in this New Generation game(Like the lack of the Pokemons in XY), I must pick one more Starter for my team.
