However... America in general can just go get fucked. I also do not trust Game Freak doing such an incredibly stereotypical state. Ironically, people on here actually complain about how Unova was little in character to the actual NYC, even though that's actually a good thing. Nowadays, I can only see GF doing just Cali with Pokemon rather than Cali inspired fantasy with Japanese characteristics:
