I know that a ditto can breed with anything, and if it's Japanese, it'll utilize that Mitsuda method and increase the rate of shiny offspring.
I also know that if that ditto has a specific nature, having it hold an everstone guarantees the offspring will have that nature as well.
But I can't remember for the life of me though, is there anything bad about having male gender pokemon? Like was there something more beneficial to having a female gender of anything in this game? I'm breeding these things, and the eggs are hatching as male and I don't like that.... but I don't know why I'm not supposed to like that.
