I run Iron Head and Fire Punch specifically to smash Fairy/Ice and Steel respectively. A hyper voice Sylveon cannot OHKO my Dragonite and by the time the first turn is over I have +3 to attack and +1 to speed, with Iron Head it's a OHKO.
