It didn't matter that we got five entirely new Pokemon, three new forms for Necrozma, a new minigame, a whole lot of new Totems, completely new areas to explore as well as Ultra Space, a Team Rocket post-game story, move tutors returning, a new photo mode, and a new battle mode. Playing the game's main story just made people feel like not much had changed at all.
