>>30312267Well its Hyper training, plenty of sources if you google it. Basically you get gold or silver bottle caps from Treasure Hunt facilities on your festival plaza (higher the rank of the facility, the more chance of getting the caps)
You can also get them by redeeming 30 shards of one colour to the old man in the Plaza Castle; you get shards by sending your slave pokémon down the Pelego mine. (I think the man only appears after you've beaten the elite four, I'm not sure)
Once you have the bottle caps you do the actual hyper training just by talking to an NPC in Hao'Oli city shopping centre, he'll ask you to pick a pokemon and a stat to increase.
one silver bottle cap= 1 stat boosted to 31 IV equivalent
one gold bottle cap= all stats boosted to 31 IV equivalent
