Alrighty then.
Gen 4 was the breath of fresh air the Pokemon series needed. The idea of having half a Pokedex of pre-volutions and half being new mons was a good way of having a bunch of new decent designs without forcing too much lazy shit liek Gen 5 had, while making previously Pokemon that were seemingly useless actually worth using.
