Raichu in something, Raichu is the underdog because you know Pikachu's mascot status gives it the advantage. Why would you ever bet against Pikachu outside of something like Ash in the League where he's contractually obligated to lose?
Unless the fight is like at the start of the episode and isn't plot-crucial, then Pikachu will lose the first match but will trounce Raichu in the rematch.
Is it too much to ask for Cosplay Raichu? You could make Cosplay Pikachus breedable in the process, make teeny little Cosplay Pichus as well.
