It's a great event, just like the Arceus event on HGSS which I find complete bullshit. We didn't get any decent Arceus event back then, so only a handful of people actually got to see that in a legit way. Same goes for the Time Travel Giovanni event.
Another good example is the Rotom forms on Gen 4. Why lock this shit behind an event item?
Maybe I'm just venting, but I actually lost some time thinking about this. And it's basically lost on legit cartridges
