To be frank it's quite good for a lot of mons, and decent for many others. the rate at which they are good or decent is INCONSISTENT, yes, but you can't tell me that they got lazy animating fucking Lucario, a frontline of the franchise, but went all out on animating Hitmontop, or Mr. Mime, or Tauros because they saw more money in it.
