The Glitch corrupts people, places, and pokemon. Team Oblivion is supposed to come off as shady at first. They show up when the glitches happen and they seem to know everything about Red and they have advanced technology and shit ABD they even use some Glitch pokemon to battle. The reveal actually shows that they are good guys trying to stop Missing no. But the way they are trying to stop it-by trying to summon it to the world and bind it in a vessel-is still questionable. They're like antiheroes really.
