The game was made in 2002, not licenced under Nintendo. Suffice to say you cant exactly comission them anymore. The title's been almost entirely lost to time.
(exept for a few back-ups in obscure ROM collections)
It was translated to english back in 2011 using a .tbl code, but no further explorations into the games PRG ROM have been made.
Without the help of hackers, its likely this game may fall back into obscurity, or become lost media when old file hosting sites go down.
