After the second Hone Claws, Serena tires of Trevenant's boosting and devises a quick plan to take it out. Pumpkaboo nods and with all her might, slings a Sludge Bomb at the tree beast with her tuft.
"Upupupupupupupu.....UPUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
Although it fails to poison, the acidic shower does not seem to make Trevenant much of a happy camper. The toxins corrode and eat away at the tree bark that make up his outer shell. Breaking such a protective shield is considered Pokemon abuse and it is definitely not encouraged by ethical standards.
Serena is willing to experiment, though.
