Perfectly reflected light=reflection. All wavelengths of light are reflected with little scatter.
All light reflected=white. All wavelengths are reflected, but scattered to produce white.
All light passes through=clear/transparent. You see an image of the other side of the object because the reflected light from behind the object passes through it.
So, it's impossible for an object to be clear and white. Light is either reflected or passes through, not both. Glaciers and arctic ice is "white" because it's covered in snow.
