>>58687705Yeah, GGs! Sorry I couldn't put up a better fight, my team for PvP really needs some work and that Avalugg really needs an Assault Vest. Thank you for giving Gigante that one round to show off though, he appreciated it. I threw in the Avalugg to counter Gyarados, but unfortunately he dies to a stiff breeze without something to bolster his special defense.
Avalugg didn't have an item either, but it would not have mattered with my current selection. I should probably bring something with Thunderbolt that can survive a Bounce next time. That, and I need to change my team to be less for kill stealing and more for fighting
just like my good old days in the funny ninja game. Some EV training would probably help too
We should definitely do this again sometime once I've gotten a few more teammates ready! It looks like private rooms also support battles with six pokemon, but those three plus Avalugg were the only ones I had at the moment. Shouldn't be hard to throw in more if I don't have to worry about the twinkling deer of healthy meta though. 1-on-1s seem waaay more fun to build a team around than FFA.
Also,t he juxtaposition of these two trainer cards gave me a chuckle
>>58687737Yeah, for sure. This team was built entirely around the killstealing deer meta and I haven't actually put much thought into PvP outside of that because FFA is usually the only option. This gave me a lot to chew on, so thank you for the matches!
>>58687642Oh hey! Had a hunch it was you, but wasn't sure. And of course I remember you and your ninjas, we'd been playing together for like 5 years!>>58687687Nonsense, /gum/ is alive and well! We've got Turf Match this Friday, in fact.Okay, "alive and well" might be pushing it
